Behavioral Support Aide Services at Piece By Piece Healthcare

Piece By Piece Healthcare Agency proudly offers Behavioral Support Aide Services under the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) to help children with challenging behaviors thrive in their home and community environments. These one-on-one, face-to-face interventions are designed to support children who exhibit behaviors that interfere with daily living, social interactions, and overall well-being.

Our Behavioral Support Aides work closely with families to provide structured behavioral management, crisis intervention, and skill-building strategies tailored to each child’s unique needs. Through evidence-based techniques, we help children develop positive behaviors while reducing or replacing disruptive ones. Services are provided in home and community settings, excluding school environments, and require prior authorization based on medical necessity.

Our Services Include:

✔ One-on-one behavioral interventions tailored to the child’s needs

✔ Development and implementation of a Positive Behavior Support Plan

✔ Functional behavior assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring

✔ Crisis intervention and social skills training

✔ Family education and support to reinforce positive behaviors at home
